(1) If any child who has not completed education up to the basic level or his parents leave the school in which he is studying and request a transfer certificate to enroll in another school to receive such education, the concerned headmaster shall disclose the details of the studies he has completed and give him a transfer certificate without delay. br> (2) After submitting the certificate as per sub-section (1), the school to which the child wants to be admitted under section 9 shall enroll him without delay.
